ecoplus participates in the expansion of its service portfolio involving significant regional initiatives and activities through its holdings. And as always, project assistance benefitting the regional economy is at the forefront.
ecoplus has a stake in the following projects:

ecoplus Beteiligungen Ges.m.b.H.: ecoplus has a 100% stake in this company.

• St. Pölten Residential and Business Park: This business park lies within the provincial capital's city limits.
   
• ACCESS Industrial Park Austria or HPCV Ceské Velenice: At the time of its establishment, this was the very first cross-border business park connecting Austria and the Czech Republic.
   
• Craft Center Kottingbrunn: The Craft Center Kottingbrunn was founded in 2001 and is thus one of the newest parks held by ecoplus. At present, four companies are located here.
   
• CNG Civitas Nova Wr. Neustadt Grundstücks GmbH: Unlike many business parks, the Civitas Nova is more than a value-added proposition. Its fully-developed 750,000 m² grounds (just over 185 acres) are in a prime location.
   
• GIP Projektrealisierungs GmbH: Objectives and tasks of this firm include the development, construction, operation and exploitation of an industrial/technology park at the Strasshof location in the Marchfeld region. One component of development is the establishment of a "Marchfeld Academy" for tertiary education.

   
• Technopark Tulln: Thanks to its ultramodern laboratories, the new Technopark Tulln has been able to attract innovative companies working in the areas of environmental and agrobiotechnology as well as pharmaceuticals.
   
• Wirtschaftspark Schrems GmbH: Tasks of this company include the planning, development, realization and exploitation of a business park within the municipality of Schrems.
   
• ecoplus Immobilien GmbH: In the future, ecoplus Immobilien GmbH will be the builder and renter for all new buildings in the ecoplus GmbH.
   
• TFZ - Technology and Research Center Wiener Neustadt: The home of competence centers CEST, AC²T, IMA and other university and university of applied sciences research facilities as well as the research arms of the AIT.
   
• BTZ - Biotechnology Center Krems: The BTZ is a property specially built to accommodate the needs and requirements of organizations active in medical, pharmaceutical and biotech projects.
   
• RIZ NÖ Gründeragentur: RIZ – the Regional Innovation and Start-Up Center for Lower Austria – provides assistance to entrepreneurs before, during and after the founding of their business. RIZ operates seven regional innovation centers throughout Lower Austria.
   
• RIZ Nord GmbH: The city of Krems and the BTZ both have shares in this company.
   
• Technologiezentrum Tulln GmbH: The TZT, or Technology Center Tulln, is a custom-built property serving the needs of biotech and agrobiotechnology.
   
• Technologiezentrum Wieselburg Land: This company was co-founded with the municipality of Wieselburg-Land for the construction and operation of the TZWL - Technology Center Wieselburg-Land.

• Business Park Kematen: The Business Park Kematen is located in the dynamic economic region near Amstetten and Waidhofen in western Lower Austria.

NÖ Donauhafenholding GmbH: ecoplus has a 100% stake in this new Danube harbor holding company.

• Ennshafen NÖ GmbH: The Danube harbor Enns-Ennsdorf is a modern transshipment center for waterways, railways and roads at the ecoplus Business Park Ennsdorf.

Vienna Region Wirtschaft.Raum.Entwicklung.GmbH:  ecoplus and the Vienna Business Agency own equal shares in this company. The goal is to work together with Vienna to create a platform for shared activities in the entire Vienna Region.

• Vienna Region Marketing GmbH: This joint subsidiary of the Vienna Region Wirtschaft.Raum.Entwicklung GmbH and the business service office of Burgenland (WiBAG) was founded in January 2008. The principal aim of the company is to position and market the Vienna Region internationally as a top business and technology location.
   
• TECHbase Science Park Vienna GmbH: This operationally-active company was founded to promote the development of the TECHbase technology park in Vienna's 21st district.

ecoplus International GmbH:
ecoplus International offers process-accompanying, customized consulting services for Lower Austria's small and medium-sized enterprises. Other ecoplus International branch offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Rumania are wholly-owned by ecoplus International GmbH.
 
NÖ-BBG 
The NÖ-BBG (literal translation of full German name in English reads "Lower Austrian mountain railways limited holding company") was founded by ecoplus in 2010 and is 100%-owned by ecoplus. The NÖ-BBG has got three subsidiaries: the Annaberger Liftbetriebs-GmbH (100%), the Bergbahnen St. Corona GmbH (96,4%) and the Wechselland Entwicklungsgesellschaft m.b.H. (100%). The last subsidiary is holding 92,6% of the Schischaukel Mönichkirchen-Mariensee GmbH.
