Hans Brantner & Sohn in Laa/Thaya is a leader in the manufacture of high-quality vehicles used in agriculture, specializing in tipper trucks, power push troughs and other transportation vehicles.
  • In 2008, a new surface technologies center with adjacent assembly plant was built in the vicinity of the existing company location.
  • On grounds of over 16,000 m2 (approx. 172,000 sq. feet), state-of-the-art technologies in surface treatments are put to use with minimal application of solvents

Mosser Leimholz
 
Mosser is one of the most successful suppliers of laminated wood and sawn timber in Europe. For a new business location, the company sought a new property of approx. 15 ha, flat, and with a rail connection. Wolfpassing, the new location, was found with the help of ecoplus. In 2007, construction began on a new sawmill for the production of sawn timber destined for both outside customers and in-house use.

Hydro Building Systems
 
Hydro Building Systems, a subsidiary of the global concern Norsk Hydro, opened a new logistics center in 2006 at the ecoplus business park in Bruck/Leitha. The center features a 21-meter high, fully-automated high rack warehouse with order production and dispatch halls. It markets professional aluminum systems for windows, doors and facades (WICONA, FERRO-WIC and TECHNAL brands).
In 2007, Hydro Building Systems purchased an additional 7,500m2 at the business park for future expansion.

CWS-boco Österreich
CWS-boco is a full-range supplier of working clothes, dirt control matting systems and lavatory hygiene services. As a full-service supplier, CWS-boco makes it possible for its clients to outsource all their hygiene-related services.
Since 1996, this internationally successful company has been located at a customized rental property at the IZ NÖ-Süd ecoplus business park. With the support of ecoplus, an own filling station was added to the premises, offices were remodeled and an additional hall was also erected.
